Términos y Condiciones del Hotel Raïmblanc

1. Política de Reserva

Gracias por elegir el Hotel Raïmblanc para su estancia. Para garantizar un proceso de reserva suave y eficiente, revise nuestros términos y condiciones a continuación.

2. Depósito No Reembolsable

• 2.1 Requisito: Todas las reservas en el Hotel Raïmblanc requieren un depósito no reembolsable.
• 2.2 Monto del Depósito: El depósito no reembolsable es del 50% del costo total de la reserva.
• 2.3 Pago: Este depósito debe pagarse en el momento de la reserva.
• 2.4 Propósito: El depósito asegura su reserva y contribuye al costo total de su estancia.

3. Cancelación y Cambios

• 3.1 Política de Cancelación: Si necesita cancelar su reserva por cualquier motivo, tenga en cuenta que el depósito del 50% no es reembolsable.
• 3.2 Cambios en la Reserva: Cualquier cambio en la reserva, incluidas las fechas o tipos de habitación, está sujeto a disponibilidad y puede incurrir en cargos adicionales. El depósito inicial permanece como no reembolsable.

4. Promociones Especiales y Clima Inclemente

• 4.2 Clima Inclemente: En el caso de que ciertas promociones especiales no puedan cumplirse debido al clima inclemente, el Hotel Raïmblanc acomodará una reprogramación, sujeta a disponibilidad.
• 4.3 Indisponibilidad: Si ciertas reservas se vuelven indisponibles debido a circunstancias imprevistas, ofreceremos reprogramar para otra fecha disponible.

5. Check-In y Check-Out

• 5.1 Horario de Check-In: El check-in es a partir de las 14:00.
• 5.2 Horario de Check-Out: El check-out es hasta las 11:00.

6. Responsabilidad del Huésped

• 6.1 Cargos y Servicios: El huésped reconoce la responsabilidad solidaria por todos los servicios prestados hasta el pago total de las facturas.
• 6.2 Pérdida o Daño: Los huéspedes serán responsables de cualquier pérdida o daño a las habitaciones causado por ellos mismos, sus amigos, o cualquier persona por la que sean responsables.

7. Exención de Responsabilidad del Hotel

• 7.1 Objetos Personales: El Hotel Raïmblanc no se responsabiliza por los objetos personales y objetos de valor como dinero, joyas u otros objetos de valor dejados por los huéspedes en las habitaciones.

8. Responsabilidad Personal del Huésped

• 8.1 Pago de Cargos: Independientemente de las instrucciones de cargo, el huésped reconoce la responsabilidad personal por el pago de todos los cargos incurridos durante su estancia.

• 4.2 Inclement Weather: In the event that certain specials cannot be fulfilled due to inclement weather, Hotel Raïmblanc will accommodate a reschedule, subject to availability.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

6. Guest Responsibility

• 6.1 Charges and Services: The guest acknowledges joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
